The staff here were really on top of things and made us feel taken care of. It was a nice touch getting offered champagne as soon as we arrived 🥂. Our room had a modern style and seemed like it had just been given a fresh makeover, with some lovely decorations.

Perfect, central location. Very clean room. Nice, very helpful staff at the front desk. Delicious, rich buffet breakfast.
Location on a noisy street (1st floor), therefore I would recommend to book other rooms (to the canal or on higher floors). Buffet breakfast was good, but a little uncoordinated.

Just everything, top location of the hotel, very nice staff, great room, I liked the bathroom, very nice and large shower, so far now the best hotel.

The location is great and lovely, just minutes away from a lively square. The breakfast is enjoyable, served with a great view and eggs cooked to order.We would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back to Amsterdam.

Comfortable room with a modern makeover, spacious and featuring a luxurious marble bathroom. Breakfast was satisfying overall, but unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown due to the strange taste of UHT milk. ☕

The location close to the centre/railway and frienliness of staff. The tram drops you off near the hotel.
My room (111) was very small and there was a lot of noise from the street, particularly early in the morning. There is no air conditioning so if you want fresh air you need to open the window and put up with the noise.
